How does it work?

 

  • An online claim is submitted
  • Passenger.am initially examines whether the claim is eligible to compensation and further informs you about its decision of accepting or rejecting it. 
  • Passenger.am starts with the compensation claim, if it is eligible to compensation. 
  • The Passenger is informed about the negotiations with the airline and the final result of the case. 
  • If the case is resolved positively, the Passenger.am receives the compensation in favour of the Passenger.  
  • The whole work is completed by the company. 
  • The Passenger does not make any payment until Passenger is compensated. 
  • If the compensation is denied, the Passenger does not make any payment to the Passenger.am Company.
  • The compenstion receives  Passenger.am on behalf of the Passenger and after charging the commission fee (25%),  passes it to the Passenger. 

 

From the moment of receiving the claim and authorization, Passenger.am undertakes all the compensation related issues.


To the Tourist Companies  /Travel agencies/ - If the Passenger has purchased his/her ticket through a tour operator, the latter is obliged to inform about the flight related changes. If the flight has been delayed or cancelled, the package buyer may request a refund from the travel company or a partial or full refund.


To solve problems like this, Passenger.am also offers its services to travel companies.

 

The travel company saves its valuable time as the process is lengthy and can last from a few months to a year or more depending on the nature of the case.

 

To the Airports - Passenger.am offers its services to airports in solving flight delay and cancellation problems with the passengers.

 

Airports are responsible for the regular operation of the registered airlines, and consequently, any problems with Passengers affect the legal relations of all the involved parties. A professional solution to these problems can be provided by the Passenger.am team.
