- Authorize the Passenger.am team to act on your behalf in relations with the airline that violated its obligations
How it works:
- An online claim is submitted
- Passenger.am preliminarily reviews the claim's eligibility and informs the passenger whether it will be accepted or rejected
- If the claim is eligible for compensation, Passenger.am starts the process
- The passenger is informed of the negotiations with the airline and the final results

- The passenger does not pay any fees until compensation is received

For Airports:
Passenger.am offers its services to airports to resolve issues with passengers caused by flight delays or cancellations.
